Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

PRE-ORDER ITEMS MAY TAKE 5–10 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TO SHIP.

Pre-orders require time for production, quality inspection, processing, and packaging. The estimated 5–10 week period is the time before your order is handed to a shipping carrier, not the time until delivery. Transit time is additional and varies by destination and carrier. If a product page states a different shipping timeframe, that product-specific timeframe applies.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. When your order ships, we will send tracking details if available. Tracking scans may take additional time to appear.

Production or Shipping Delays

We work to ship within the promised timeframe. If we cannot meet it, we will notify affected customers, provide an updated estimate where possible, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund as required by applicable law. We will not treat a customer's silence as agreement to an indefinite delay.
